Description: today I'll share with you a very unusual and rare album. Вежа Хмар (A Tower of Clouds, in translation) was a band from Ukraine, who characterized their own music as ritual folk. It is actually a very good definition, but one can hear notes of dark folk and ambient in their music. Based mostly on folklor, this music is not folk music in wide understanding. Hazy ambient sound of instruments is combined with rhythmic, sometimes monotonous female vocals, it really does create an atmosphere of some kind of ritual. A Very inspiring record, even though it wouldn't be good for everyone, I'm pretty sure, that you've never heard anything like this before. Try it!
